Kaia Livingstone, Counselor & Equine-Assisted Psychotherapist
My philosophy around healing is that we each contain the wisdom to heal ourselves, and that our wisdom can be covered up with confusion and imbalances, Therapy is about sorting out what is healing and what is harming to one's self. Transpersonal psychology focuses to nurture humanity's highest potential. It is vital that we have a place in life to try to see past all the negative associations and labels put upon ourselves and see in the clearest light possible. As intimating as this can be, being seen is an honor that can bring about some of the deepest healing.

Jason Livingstone, Shiatsu, Acupressure
As a bodyworker, I believe that healing is a collaborative process between the practitioner and the client. I also believe that a solid foundation of healing expertise serves my clients by providing a range of tools for my work within a diverse population. Sickness happens when parts of ourselves are fragmented; healing happens when those parts are brought into the whole. The aim of my bodywork is to bring those fragmented parts into greater wholeness.

Mari Golan, MA, Registered Psychotherapist; Counselor & Life Coach
I work with those who feel as though they live on the outside--who feel apart from others and struggle to find connection and acceptance in the world. I work with those who have a hard time trusting others, perhaps due to past traumas, and who are misunderstood but wish to find solace in their own, unique styles of living. My work over the past 6 years has offered me perspective into the lives of many populations. I specialize in working with LGBTQ Issues, folks with Trans* and non-binary a/gender identities, and those who practice alternative relationship styles. I also work with clients from alternative spiritual backgrounds and religious traditions, and integrate multicultural awareness into an approach grounded in both mindfulness and evidence-based practices.

My clients tend to be those who have lived hard lives. I work with clients who have experienced trauma, who suffer from PTSD, who struggle with disability, and who face difficulties that arise from major life transitions. My straightforward approach blends with my years of experience to create a therapeutic environment that is both supportive and well-grounded. Every person's life is a journey, and our work together helps build the foundation needed to follow that path, while exploring new ways of both viewing and connecting with the world.

K. Michelle Johnson, MA, Love, Sex, & Gender Therapist
I believe relationship is a spiritual path and view conflict as an opportunity to strengthen intimacy. Romantic relationships have a unique ability to trigger unresolved pain from our past which can create cycles of distress in our partnerships. The intention of our time together is to discover each individual’s unique needs and how they can be fully met inside of a mutually satisfying relationship. Through the development of intimacy building skills couples will learn how to be safe in their vulnerability and how to be witnessed authentically. Conflict becomes an invitation for heart to heart communication where the goal is no longer compromise but rather collaboration.
